Proclamations of Life Achievement are issued to select seniors.3. International Festival: Participation in the Cobb County International Festival celebrating local and international cultures with food, crafts, music, and entertainment; free admission and open to all Cobb seniors.4. Charity Ride: The Born to Be a Senior Charity Ride is open to all vehicles to support senior food programs, blending advocacy and community engagement.5. Educational Seminars: Events focused on patient rights, healthcare management, and advocacy on senior-related legislative issues.6. Community Outreach: The Council also supports Meals on Wheels, collaborates on safety checks for seniors, and provides platforms for seniors to voice concerns or complaints about healthcare and other services.7.
