“I had to run this race virtually because of a conflict with another race. Unlike some of the other races in this area that operate for profit, are more slick, have a larger following, and more staff people, Shawn is a director with his wife and a limited staff. His races are low key but every entrant, virtual or live, gets a medal, chance to place in age group and a low-cost entry fee. He may not be getting rich but he supports his sponsors by supporting them with contributions to their cause. His events are highly professional and FUN! I have entered every one of his races for 2021, have completely enjoyed them and will continue to support his events.”
