“I was grateful that Gareth Lewis stepped in when the original psychic couldn’t attend due to illness. I found his style somewhat challenging at times, but realised he was eager to extract information from the audience members to make sure the spirit messages were reaching the right people. He was spot on with his messages and very honest, not trying to make them fit if they didn’t resonate with anyone. One amazing moment was when he mentioned a name to a man, who confirmed it was his father and a psychic woman in the audience told him he had been in the room from the start waiting to be acknowledged. Tears all round! However, I dropped one star because of the venue, which was cold, stark and unwelcoming. Maybe ok for a grunge type disco etc but not a warm, cosy space better fitted to a psychic evening. I felt sorry for Gareth having to perform in this environment.”
