“Overall, it was great. Good assortment of vendors and valuable content. Negatives were: 1. Main Room was small and very over-crowded. Hard to maneuver. 2. Noise level so high, it was almost impossible to converse with vendors. 3. Sound system was terrible. Announcements were muddled and unintelligible. Hard to hear raffle winners' numbers, etc. Too much ambient noise. 4. The kitchen used for the three breakout presentations was entirely too small, impossible to hear. Seating was inadequate. 5. The videographer set up his equipment (tripods, cameras, umbrellas) in the doorway of the kitchen, effectively blocking the entrance and creating a major tripping hazard for attendees. 6. Side note: check your venue and be aware that electrical outlets on the floors were raised and covers created real tripping hazards. I tripped on one myself.”
