First time out to see the show n it rain no one say if it was canceled or not. We just saw everyone leaving so we left too. Hope they have another one soon.

RIP-OFF! Other than the DJ and the Samba dancers, the event did not provide all that was offered and promoted. The bartenders didn't even know what a caipirinha was. There was no Brazilian food, as stated in the promotional e-flyer. THE WORST PART WAS THAT I BOUGHT MY TICKETS IN ADVANCE AND PAID $43 PER TICKET (X2) ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HAD LOWERED TH PRICE TO $15 PER TICKET. Obviously they were having difficulty selling tickets at the higher price. In the 3-4 days prior to the event, I submitted messages to Eventbrite requesting a refund only to be able to chat with bots or receive pre-programmed replies. (Do any humans work there?) I only wanted a refund of the difference or a full refund so I could repurchase tickets at the lower price. I sent numerous messages to the Organizer with ZERO response. I finally found their email address and sent a request for a refund of the differential. NO REPLY...NADA...ZIP!
