Patty Franco is an experienced leadership coach and professional facilitator with over 25 years of experience in the development of people and businesses, both in the corporate world and as an entrepreneur. She helps executives, non-profit founders and small business owners grow their confidence and capability so they can achieve the results that matter most to them. Her passion is teaching and coaching others to success and sharing all the wisdom and knowledge she has attained from years of her own personal and professional development. Patty runs her own coaching practice, working 1:1 with individuals on their leadership of self and other. She also works as a consultant and facilitator for Learning Dynamics.
