Painted Within

I'm a facilitator with a background in Human Resources, behavioural science, and psychology — and someone who found her way back to herself through creativity during one of the harder chapters of her life.After a layoff and a season of putting my mental health first while raising two young kids, I built Painted Within as the experience I wish had existed for me then: an intentional, psychologically safe space where painting becomes a vehicle for stillness, self-expression, and real connection.I bring the same skills I used to build safe spaces in organisations into every workshop — because the most important thing in the room is never the painting. It's the person holding the brush.
