“I rode the Juneteenth free bus from Virginia Beach and connected the lite rail to MacArthur Station. It was a delightful afternoon enjoying the tall ships, vendors and crowds. For the best photos, I took the ferry to Portsmouth where crowds were enjoying the Norfolk Harbor view. ”
