“Friendly and helpful staff/volunteers at the event. Also new braunfels parks and recreation were willing and able to get us tickets though offices were closed Saturday afternoon! Kim from a different park location in new braunfels phoned me back and helped us obtain tickets! Very impressed that they went above and beyond! ”
