The Birthday ticket offer – buy 3 tickets and get 1 free – was really good and we appreciate that. But honestly, we didn’t apply for anything special, and we weren’t even informed about how many games were available. There was no proper guidance or planning support, so we ended up spending most of our time figuring things out. We only had time for around 10 games and missed out on many others. A lot could have been better if we had clear instructions or a schedule. One of the staff members at the ticket counter behaved very badly. He didn’t even know how to speak respectfully to the customers who were buying tickets – his attitude was very arrogant. For every game, there were around 100 people waiting in line. It was extremely crowded and hectic. We couldn’t even stand properly in the queue, and because of the heat and the long wait, we weren’t able to enjoy most of the rides.
