“The setting was wonderful and it had a really high-end feel, but the staff did not act like I would expect in a high-end establishment: Everything seemed hurried and a little inconsistent. The tongs for the buffet were difficult to use and it didn't seem as sanitary as I would prefer. The piano player when we can in was a nice touch. We had a lovely time, but there was room for improvement. ”
