“I went to the workshop completely new to fermenting. I love Sauerkraut and find it expensive to buy in the shops so I went along to the workshop with an open mind. I left having learnt such a lot and very excited about making my own Kombucha, Sauerkraut & Kiffir milk and yoghurt. I cant wait to try my home made products.
