From a young age, I was captivated by my mother and grandmother cooking in our cozy Marrakech kitchen. The rich aromas and flavors have stayed with me ever since. In Morocco, hospitality is a way of life—everyone is welcomed with tea and homemade sweets, or even a meal. I want to share this tradition of warmth, kindness, and love for food with Detroit.
