Kinsman Free Public Library is a rural Library in Northeast Ohio located in Kinsman, Ohio. The library is part of the CLEVNET library consortium. Founded in 1913 by Frank Banning, the citizens of Kinsman, and a grant from the Carnegie Corporation.
