At Kidney Kids NZ, we are dedicated to improving the lives of children in New Zealand affected by kidney disease. As a not-for-profit organisation, we provide essential support, resources, and advocacy to help Kidney Kids and their families navigate the challenges of kidney conditions.Our vision is for all Kidney Kids and their whānau to lead their best lives and feel supported, understood, and connected within a caring community.We receive minimal funding from the government and health sector - around $5 per Kidney Kid per month - so we rely on the generosity of our supporters to fund our services. One of the key ways we do this is through fundraising events, which help us continue providing vital programmes, practical assistance, camps, family support, education and opportunities for connection across Aotearoa New Zealand.By attending or supporting our events, you are helping ensure that no Kidney Kid or whānau faces their journey alone.
