The organization and communication leading up to the event were extremely disappointing but the event itself was well executed on the day. I registered my children for the marathon and bib pickup details were not shared during registration. Instead, the information was emailed after Friday 11:00 pm, while the last pickup time was 10:00 pm, making it impossible to collect them. I sent two emails asking for guidance and whether bibs could be collected on race day, especially since this was clearly an organizer error. I received no response. Until this day! This critical information should have been clearly stated on the registration page, not sent after purchase and after the deadline had passed.
