Scheduling the Art Fair on the University's graduation day was not the smartest decision that could be made to draw all those who love and think it tis one of the best experiences in Chicago. There was absolutely very, very little ability to find a parking space-------understandably since all the parents and guests of those graduating would have taken what little was offered.
