People were in the lane for average 30-35 minutes and after waiting that long suddenly the volunteer start saying that no more ride, instead of this they should stop people forming the line ahead of time so we don’t wasted 30-40 minutes for nothing, this should have been handled more strategically. Apart from this it was best event till date ICM is in the right track Masaallah.
