We offer IFS Retreats, Intro to IFS Traings and IFS Counseling. Our IFS Retreats and Intro to IFS Trainings are offered in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as internationally. Our IFS Counseling is offered via Teletherapy for all of California as well as in person in our office in Los Altos, CA. We are here to support you as you begin your IFS journey!
