This walking group offers relaxing Soulful Sunday Nature Walks around Table Mountain hiking, trails near Cape Town, Saturday Adventure Activities, Yearly Sacred Retreats, Slack packing Trails and Monthly Weekends away. https://www.facebook.com/groups/soulfulnaturewalks/ - These walks are ideal for spiritually minded folk to meet and connect and enjoy a nature experience. The walks are gentle (although some minimum fitness is required) with plenty of time built in to enjoy the views, relax and make new friends. A quiet time out to be mindful in nature for reflection & to be able to tune the sounds of nature is also offered. Connecting like-minded people in a sense of community who share similar soulful interests out in nature ;-)
