Hospital Palliative Care Team

We are a hospital based Specialist Palliative Care Team, based at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and Princess Royal Hospital ,Telford. We work collaboratively with our trust wide colleagues within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Community and Hospitals NHS Group. We are very enthusiastic to be able to share an opportunity to work together and share expertise within our newly established joint alliance.
