Honor Morningstar is a 5Rhythms teacher & embodiment practitioner, based in the rainforest of northern NSW, Australia. Honor is deeply dedicated to personal and planetary transformation. She weaves ancient codes and sacred practices with contemporary compositions, and imbues her offerings with ceremony. All workshop hours with Honor are credited as pre-requisites for the 5Rhythms teacher training path.
