Hi, I'm Heidi - I'm anempowerment coach, I'm ayoga teacher, I'm acircle facilitator, and I'm arecovering superwoman.It is my passion and my privilege towork with women in ways that empower themin their own unique journeys towards greaterclarity,space, andconnectionwith themselves.And in this work, I draw on all of my experience, as aspace-holderand as aspace-seeker: from sharingpractical coaching toolsandyoga practices, toholding space for and connecting with womenin ways that enable them to feel truly seen and heard.The more I do this work, the more I realisehow powerful it is for us to connect, as women. To hold and support and inspire each other to confidently tread our own unique path in life, without apology, leading from the heart.And the more I connect with and support women in this way, and witness the results, the more I realise thatthis work is important, not justfor ourselves, but for theripple effect it has on the whole worldaround us.
