In connection with the firm’s “Grassi Gives Back” initiative, employees are encouraged to participate as volunteers in organizations that contribute to the social fabric of the communities in which we operate. In addition, Grassi offers additional company-sponsored volunteer events throughout the year and also encourages employees to volunteer at schools or nonprofits in their own philanthropic interest areas on their own time.
