Our Events are structured a lot like the old Country and Western shows of the 1950, 60s and 70s. Honky Tonk and Vine is just as much a Country themed hang out as it is a Concert. Our shows have no cover but we encourage you to tip the bands. Our events attempt to bring you Country, Rockabilly, Bluegrass, Folk, Americana and Ameripolitian bands that do not typically play in Los Angeles and combine those bands with local favotites. Some of our Shows are tribute nights. We have previously done nights dedicated to Gram Parson and George Jones. We are planning more. Our event on Oct 14th is our most ambitious yet. Country Music Royalty Tess Frizzell, Niece of Lefty Frizzell, Granddaughter of Dottie West , Daughter of Shelly West and Niece of David Frizzell is coming to Hollywood with CMA, ACM and Grammy Nominated Nashville Country Songwriter Bobby Tomberlin . Tomberlin has written songs for many country legends including Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, Jerry Lee Lewis and Joe Diffie. The night will be hosted by California Country artist Rosy Nolan who has just returned from Nashville after performing at the famous Acme Feed and Seed on Lower Broadway.
