Flickers' Rhode Island International Film Festival

The Flickers' Rhode Island International Film Festival will feature 300 films over the course of six days (August 4th-9th). The Opening Night Ceremony on August 4th will take place at the Providence Performing Arts Center at 7:00 PM. RIIFF's Opening Night Ceremony serves as a salute to the short film, and features an international slate of short films composed of live action, animation, and documentary shorts.Following Opening Night, RIIFF will feature a dynamic program of films from around the globe with over 600 filmmakers and industry guests in attendance. Audience members will have the rare opportunity to see a distinguished collection of the world's leading independent contemporary films and have the chance to engage with filmmakers and VIP industry guests. Film screenings will be accompanied by industry workshops, masterclasses, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions.
