My name is Jessica. I am a certified breath-work, meditation practitioner, attuned in Shoden Reiki, and creator of ceremony. Discovering the power of self healing, self responsibility, and intuition has brought me here. My intention is to guide individuals, share the teachings and my gifts to aid their journey towards mental and emotional well-being.
