I am a certified Relationship Coach, Self Discovery Guide, Complementary Body Therapist & Yoga Instructor .I specialise in helping people create strong, rich and fulfilling relationships – starting with the one they have with themselves.I believe that real transformation and fulfilment happen inside of ourselves. My mission is to make the world a more deeply connected place and help conscious humans generate meaning and freedom in their relationships through self-exploration.I offer a way forward for wellness professionals and individuals from all walks of life who feel stuck, who want to learn about relationships and grow from the inside out.My method is defined by my determination to provide personalised high value and long lasting benefit to the individuals I closely works with. I currently offer online and in-person 1:1 and group coaching, pop-up connection events and bespoke body therapy sessions across the Leeds & North Yorkshire area.
