Dr. Olivia Kessel is a medical doctor, author, and neurodiverse advocate. As founder of the SEND Parenting Podcast and ADHD Warrior Mum's Recharge Station, she supports parents raising children with ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions. Her debut book, Beyond the Label: Empowering Parents with ADHD Girls, releases May 2026. Drawing from her medical expertise and personal experience as a mother to a daughter with dyslexia and ADHD, Dr. Kessel is passionate about reducing stigma and empowering families.
