Dora Xu is the founder of SnailBlazer, a sustainability and cross-cultural education organization that reimagine consumerism, celebrate cultural diversity, and foster community connection. Akin to a trailblazer, SnailBlazer is about pioneering change at a mindful pace. We believe that by thinking globally and acting locally, small local initiatives can ripple outward to generate global waves. Dora is also the co-founder of Repair Café Oud-Noord Amsterdam, where she has been helping locals revive damaged textiles since 2022. With 8 years in sustainability consulting in the U.S. and the Netherlands, an MA in Environmental Management from Yale University, and training in fashion design, Dora brings system thinking and creativity to her work. She is a thought-after speaker and offers masterclass on system thinking and authentic sustainability communication.
