The Detroit Concert Choir is Detroit’s international award winning vocal ensemble that promotes musical excellence by uniting people through inspiring concert performances, education, and community engagement. Under the direction of Dr. Michael A. Mitchell, the 90-voice ensemble celebrates their 36+ year history by advancing efforts to encourage and strengthen the choral arts for young people and adults throughout Metro Detroit. Our vision is to inspire and enrich lives through exceptional music.
