I have always had a passion for helping others! After transforming my body and lifestyle, I made the decision to share my experience and new found knowledge with our community! I am legal professional and a single mother to two young boys. I have competed in Natural body building competitions and have two first place titles and one second place as well! I strive to live a balanced life: family, career, health and happiness! In my free time I enjoy getting outdoors and enjoying all that sunny SoCal has to offer!
