Review for : 2nd Annual Bullhead City Balloon Festival
I loved watching the balloons. Wind is unpredictable, but I wonder if it might be any better another month. I bought several items from vendors, but I think the community turnout was much lower than it should have been. Perhaps it was the entry fee (which I thought was reasonable). I enjoyed the bands. Sunday, I went over and most likely due to wind, it was pretty much shut down. These things take time to be established. I hope organizers continue.

Balloons were inflated but not released to fly because of gusting winds at higher attitudes. Really enjoyed walking amongst the balloons as they were unloaded and inflated. Photographers delight.
