The event did not deliver on several of the key elements that were advertised at the time of ticket purchase. In addition to this, the venue was extremely hot and uncomfortable, with poor ventilation throughout the day. Furthermore, there were repeated technical issues with the music, which kept cutting out and significantly disrupted the experience.
