Definitely a veteran raver, and this event brought a bit of the vibe. However the venue was pretty small, right next to a bluegrass show, in which you had to walk through to go outside. The outdoor area closed at 11pm while the event continued until 2am. The event was 16+ and was mostly a younger crowd. Speakers volume were too high and the mid eq was off a hair so the lows were pretty ear piercing. Was super happy to hear a live show in this genre that wasn't pure experimental bass, and the djs did a decent job at sticking to the theme.
