Partner yoga was a fun way to experience yoga with the added benefits of the salt cave. Staff is friendly and welcoming at Cattleya. Michele is an exceptional yoga instructor. Thru her guidance I was surprised by the strength I didn’t know I had. Left feeling uplifted and energized. Highly recommend.
