I seriously thought this was some unreleased material from the early '80s, but apparently these Philly aficionados just did their homework and somehow captured that non-elusive raw 80's basement sound in the studio, ProTools be damned. They're emulating a different sound than I'm used to being rehashed - that '82-83 punk/melodic hardcore sound akin to Canada's SUBHUMANS, SoCal slaves D.I, even a little ZERO BOYS.
