The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organization is for the most part a women led movement, that imparts Raja yoga Meditation knowledge, which is a comprehensive approach to make one realize the self, improve self-worth, apply positive thinking and self-control, in order to develop deep inner powers for a more fulfilled purposeful life. We believe that the right kind of self-care is utmost important in order to be a selfless giver to those around us, and to the world in general.
