“What a wonderful event! The real stars of the show were not the fries, but the guys! Josh and Lucas ( Culinary Institute Students) paired handmade sauces with wines and ciders from the shop. The fries were just a vehicle to get the amazing flavor combos into my face. They were knowledgeable about WHY the pairings worked and shared how to recreate this at home for Superbowl Sunday. So easy! So fun! I can't wait for the next event!! Thank you to Paige and Gennaro for encouraging such a creative event. ”
