Established in 2015, Bear-O Care (BOC) has been providing care for medically complex adults with severe disabilaties when many others are turning them away. Our fantastic staff at the day program and group home assist clients to be as independent as possible, making choices for what they do every day based on their interests and enjoyment; not on regimented routines designed without individual choice in mind. We are licensed and contracted through the state of Utah Department of Health and Human Services with the Division of Services for People with Disabilities.
