“Jerry and Lisa Dorer were exceptional. They answered text messages and questions promptly. They did not allow access through side doors unless a vendor required entrance. They also announced for a vendor or shopper to regain control of his 3 children running up and down the aisles. I am a RN and I could see an accident ready to happen!
