I am furious! I purchased tickets through vivdseats on July 3rd. I was contacted on September 18th, 2 days before the event. Informing me that my ticket order had been canceled. When I asked why, I was told the seller did not deliver the tickets. They would tell who the seller was. As far as I was concerned, my transaction was with Vividseats. They said the tickets were no longer available. I told them the event is sold out! Someone has my tickets!! Vividseats did not care what i had to say. Unethical business practices!! I was really looking forward to seeing concert 😭 I had to cancel hotel, dinner and my guest was coming in from out town. After Vividseats customer service agent hung up on me, they would no longer take my calls. They offered nothing for the inconvenience. I pay for my tickets super early. Just to have the rug pulled out from under me. This sucks!!!
