Not well planned out overcrowded not enough seating too many people standing behind me had to get my own chair from the janitor, then had to move it up moving towards the stage just so you could make more room for people to stand

Sound system was a disaster especially when you try to use DJ background music in place of the real thing to accompany singers. The performances fell too short although in this case it probably wasn't necessarily a bad thing because the lousy sound system would not have made it worthwhile to listen to long sets. And I feel sorry for fans of the Dazz Band, who not surprisingly, did not show up. I had a bet with a friend that at least one of the scheduled performers was not going to appear. Promoters did not provide adequate seating for ticket buyers. Are there any refunds for ticket purchasers given the fact that the Dazz Band did not appear?
