Overall it was great, but room for improvement in the organisation. Here is what I would suggest: - have pre-filled form with name and number for the attendees. It is already a stressing situation, but there is no time between each date to quickly think about a yes/no answer. Especially for the gents that need to move between ladies and it is quite awkward to say, sorry I take 15s to note the previous woman. If it was prefilled, it would be much easier. - 5 minutes including filling the form and thinking about the outcome, etc.. is way too short. It would be better to increase to up to 10min even if it means less people at the end. Or having more break could help
