Wellbeing Festival – We’re All Ears

The Spark Bus is on the move again – and this time, we’re parking up at the Social Prescribing Wellbeing Festival in Whitehaven for a special sound experience led by artist RL Wilson.

We’re All Ears is a calm and creative listening adventure for curious minds of all ages. Step aboard the Spark Bus and explore the hidden sounds of everyday life through a short film and a hands-on sound recording journey.

What to Expect:
🎬 Watch a short, thought-provoking film (5–10 mins)

🎙 Head out in pairs with recording gear to capture natural and everyday sounds (approx. 10 mins)

🎧 Return to the bus to listen, share, and reflect on what you heard

Whether it’s the buzz of bees or the rustle of leaves, this relaxed activity invites you to slow down, tune in, and experience your surroundings in a whole new way.
