Stretch, Roll & Release Workshop | Des Moines

Join Jenni B., certified massage therapist and yoga instructor, for this workshop to release tension, pain, and stress from your body and your mind. Using massage balls and yoga blocks, participants will learn how to self-treat common myofascial trigger points. Releasing these trigger points can result in immediate pain relief from long-held tension as well as improve ones range of motion. The session will end with a gentle yin practice, which will help you further melt into stress- free relaxation. Please bring your own yoga mat, all other tools will be provided. Cost is $35 per student, and you can pre-register at the front desk or under the "Workshops" tab on our app. See you there!
