Disability & Discovery Movement Workshop with Das Biest Performance Project

Spend this time with V to discover the movement your body craves with comfort and calm. Warm-up stretches (that actually feel good!), movement exploration, journaling, and discussion will take place during the workshop. Fidgeting and stimming are welcome in this space! Although this workshop will be focused on disability and chronic illness, anyone is welcome to attend.
What to bring: water, notebook, pen(cil), cozy clothes to move in, any comforts (fidgets, blanket, socks, etc.), yoga mat (optional), yoga blocks (optional), pillow (optional).
No registration required, but space is limited. You may arrive as early as 6pm to secure a spot.
