We provide a yoga mat, two blankets, a large and small bolster, and an eye mask. To enhance your comfort, feel free to bring a pillow for your head or any additional items that help you feel fully relaxed.

While sound baths are generally safe for most people, individuals with certain medical conditions—such as severe mental health disorders, epilepsy, or a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)—should consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Pregnant women are also encouraged to seek medical advice prior to attending a session.
Sound baths may produce monaural beats; if you are prone to seizures, you should check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your sound facilitator know. If you have sensory sensitivities, please contact Adriana to discuss options. Results may vary from person to person.
