Donation Based Stress Relief Yoga Mondays at 6pm

This Monday evening class led by Lori Rogovin is donation based and is open to all levels!

This class occurs every Monday except for Holidays!

Stress Relief Yoga focuses on proper form, while moving mindfully, matching movement and breath. Stretching techniques are utilized throughout the class to help relax tight muscles. Poses that work on balance and core strength are incorporated to help with posture and back support. This class is designed for all levels. Modifications are offered to tone it down or take it up a notch. helping students get what they desire from their yoga practice.

We have yoga mats and all the yoga props you need for class!
