We’re delighted to announce that we’ll be hosting a headline show for Metal 2 the Masses Sheffield 2025 winners Thunarwulf on Friday 5th September!
Usually when a band is victorious at M2TM we arrange a warm-up show for them ahead of the festival. Unfortunately the dates have conspired against us this time. In these circumstances we instead book a celebration for the band shortly after the festival instead. And here we are!
Special guests on the day are Burning Face, with whom Thunarwulf shared a stage at this year’s Mountains of Metal festival. The Grantham based quintet fuse power and heavy metal into a fantastic melodic maelstrom that can be found on both of their cracking singles ‘Burning Face’ and ‘Revenge of Vikings’.
Support comes in the form of two banging local bands. There’s M2TM Sheffield 2018 winners Aonia (symphonic/porgressive/power metal), and opening the show we have the brilliant Barnsley based progressive doomed heavy metallers Mortivius!
It’s gonna a banger of a show, so head down to Corp on Friday 5th September 2025 and help Thunarwulf celebrate their Metal 2 the Masses victory in style!
